Church Stretton Royals 2008-09

Welcome to the official website of Church Stretton Royals Football Club.

The Royals played their last game of football on 10th May 2009. They were then taken over by Ludlow Town Football Club in July 2009, ready for the 2009-10 season.

This site is now for
historical and reference purposes.

The 2008-09 season will see us playing in the Shropshire Junior Football League.

 Ludlow Town FC have taken over Church Stretton Royals FC. This means that Royals players will be playing as Ludlow Town U14s.

 Royals saw their dreams shattered today after they were defeated 3-1 today by Meole Brace Juniors in the League Cup Final.

 Royals have finished in third place in the league after Meole Brace Juniors defeated Shrewsbury Junior Colts 3-2 tonight, meaning that they claim runners up spot.
