the season. Little is know about the club, except that they

23rd August 2007 - Some positives despite loss against Red Rovers
Royals came away on the back end of a 6-1 defeat against Red Rovers
U13s tonight at Russell's Meadow. In a hastily arranged 7-a-side
game the team failed to ignite for the first period and found
themselves pegged back in their own half for the best part.
The team rotated frequently and the two new signings Grinker and
Locke slotted in well with the Royals style of play.
Things improved in the second half when some long range shots sailed
over the bar and the Royals started passing the ball about with more
conviction.
Lewis scored the only goal with a powerful low shot, beating the
keeper from 15 yards.
21st August 2007 - Friendly arranged for this Thursday
Royals have their first outing of the pre-season on Thursday when
they take on Red Rovers U13s in a 7-a-side match. With players still
away on holidays both teams would have struggled to make 11-a-side.
This will be the first outing for new signings Dylan Grinker and
Richard Lock.
The games takes place at Russell's Meadow with a 6:30pm kick off.
19th August 2007 - Pre-season training going well
Royals' managers are pleased with the way that pre-season
training is going. Although it is always difficult to train during
the summer due to holidays, the lads that have turned up have worked
hard and have been keen to apply themselves to get into shape for
the coming season.
The numbers at training should start to rise now as there are
several players due back from holiday shortly.
16th August 2007 - Sponsorship deals confirmed
Royals have completed two sponsorship deals for the 2007-08 season.
The first is with Elm Lodge Golf Course, Ludlow and the second is
with BOCM Paul Animal Feeds, the leading animal feeds manufacturer
in the UK.
The kind donations will enable the team to buy a set of fleece tops
to wear over their kit.
More information about our sponsors can be found on the
sponsorship page.
