Team Selection Policy

The club's selection policy is that, we will start with the team that the management staff believes are most suited to winning the game, based on the players’ football ability and character, and most importantly the collective balance of the team.

Players that attend training sessions and show effort, enthusiasm and the right attitude in training and matches will be generally preferred to those that do not.

This means that no player is guaranteed a place in the team but is there on his own merit. Equally we will not change a team that is playing well, if it is believed that such change may have a detrimental effect on the outcome of a match.

The coming season will be long and hard, and with injuries and absences, all players will have their chance to prove themselves.
